  • New Owner Series -  These classes are designed to teach new BERNINA owners all about their new machines.  If you purchased your machine from Sew Special BERNINA in Jackson Hole the these classes are complimentary*, with only a small kit fee for fabric and kit preparation.

The Studio

  • Mastery Classes -  These classes are designed to help you understand your machine’s advanced features to maximize your creativity. Learn to master your BERNINA machine as you work step by step through hands-on activities in the Guide Workbooks. Mastery Classes are designed for BERNINA/bernette machine owners and require a BERNINA machine to participate.

  • Kids/Teens Sewing- We love fostering the love of sewing in children ages 8-18. During the school year we host both Kid's Sewing classes where they will work on predetermined projects and a Teen Sewing Studio in which they can sew, fit, and/or design their own projects. During the summer, we host summer camps for all ages. With care and guidance, we continue to usher in the next generation of creators.

  • Computerized Quilting in the Hoop Classes- Master Computerized Quilting in the Hoop—from editing to positioning and stitching quilt designs with confidence. Whether you're new to machine quilting or ready to refine your skills, these classes guide you through every stitch with clarity and confidence. The classes are compatible with the following BERNINA Embroidery machines: B 990, B 790 ULTRA, B 790 PRO, B 770 QE PRO, B 735 PRO, B 700 PRO, B 790 PLUS, B 770 QE PLUS, B 735, B 700, B 590, B 500.

  • BERNINA V9 Software Introduction- Software classes require students to own a registered version of BERNINA V9 software, loaded on a laptop that meets the system requirements.

  • Embroider on Everything-  2026 BERNINA Embroidery Club. Embroidery on everything is a 12-month course designed for all BERNINA Embroidery machines, featuring popular techniques, and accessories. Each Lesson includes a video and written instructions, perfect for learning at your own pace. 

  • Garment Pattern Making- The Lutterloh System is a sewing pattern system designed for home pattern-cutting and allows users to create full-size, custom-fitted patterns. Instead of drafting patterns manually, users select a design from a book of garment templates. Each design is then scaled to the wearer’s measurements using a special tape measure. This allows the pattern to be drawn directly onto paper or fabric in the correct size. The system includes tools such as:

    • Tailor’s Curve: For armholes, necklines, crotch curves, sleeve caps, and children’s patterns.

    • Designer Curve: For hip curves, skirts, slacks, coats, sleeves, and collars.

    • Cardboard Tailor’s Curve and acrylic rulers** for precise drafting .
      The system accommodates bust and hip measurements up to 50 inches, with XL/XXL versions available for larger sizes.
